Care & Maintenance:
Solid Surfacing, such as Corian, is non-porous, so nothing permanently stains it.
Minor damage such as scratches, general or chemical stains, scorches or burns, and impact marks can be repaired on-site with a light abrasive cleanser and a gray Scotch-Brite pad, available at Home Depot. Avoid using the green Scotch-Brite pads, as they are much more abrasive. Use a little water, mild abrasive, and the Scotch-Brite pad in a circular motion, with light pressure. Rinse with water and dry with a towel.
Although solid surfacing is very heat-resistant, you should always use a hot pad or a trivet with rubber feet to protect it.
